The Role:  
We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with strong leadership skills to provide high-quality care to small animals while guiding and mentoring the clinic’s veterinary and nursing teams. Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver exceptional veterinary care across small animal medicine, soft tissue surgery, and diagnostics.  
– Lead and mentor veterinary and nursing teams, fostering professional growth.  
– Support junior veterinarians through guidance and training.  
– Maintain excellent client communication, ensuring compassionate and professional care.  
– Contribute to the clinic’s culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and clinical excellence.  

About you:
– A qualified Veterinary Surgeon with a BVSc/DVM or equivalent and registration (or eligibility) with the Veterinary Practitioners Board of NSW.  
– Strong experience in small animal medicine, soft tissue surgery, and diagnostics.  
– A natural leader with a passion for mentoring and supporting colleagues.  
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members.
