GVC is delighted to be supporting the recruitment of a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon for a well-established practice in Ashtead, Surrey. The Role

This position would suit an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys first opinion practice and values working within a genuinely supportive team. You'll have the opportunity to build strong client relationships while benefiting from experienced colleagues and access to wider hospital resources whenever needed.

You'll be responsible for:

• Delivering high-quality first opinion veterinary care.
• Building lasting relationships with clients and their pets.
• Working collaboratively with an experienced nursing and support team.
• Contributing to the continued growth and development of the practice.
• Providing excellent clinical and customer service standards.

About the Practice

The practice is well-equipped and continues to invest in both its facilities and team. Current facilities include:

• Digital dental X-ray equipment.
• Experienced nursing team including Registered Veterinary Nurses and Veterinary Care Assistants.
• Dedicated Client Care support.
• Recently integrated into a larger hospital partnership, providing excellent clinical backup and referral support.
• Planned refurbishment scheduled for 2026, further enhancing the working environment.

What We're Looking For

• MRCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient and client care.
• Team player with a positive and collaborative approach.
• Comfortable working in a busy first opinion environment.
• Full UK driving licence.
