Equipped with modern facilities, they are expanding to meet increasing demand and are seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with 3+ years of experience to join their thriving team.

The Role:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Veterinary Surgeon to provide high-quality care to a diverse range of small animals while contributing to the clinic’s growth and community-focused ethos. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, expanding clinic with a supportive team and a strong community presence, located in the vibrant coastal city of Wollongong.

Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver exceptional veterinary care across small animal medicine, soft tissue surgery, and diagnostics.  
– Provide professional and empathetic client communication to strengthen community relationships.  
– Collaborate with the veterinary team to maintain high standards of patient care and support clinic growth.  
– Contribute to the clinic’s positive culture and commitment to clinical excellence.  
– Mentor junior staff as needed, sharing expertise to foster professional development.  

About you:
– A qualified Veterinary Surgeon with a BVSc, DVM, or equivalent, and registration (or eligibility) with the Veterinary Practitioners Board of NSW.  
– Minimum of 3 years’ experience in small animal general practice.  
– Confidence in consultations, routine and complex surgeries, and diagnostics.  
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and the community.  
– A collaborative team player with a passion for animal welfare and client satisfaction.
