This exciting new role will see the successful applicant supporting several surgeries across the South Yorkshire and Midlands regions, ensuring continued stability and continuity for clients, patients, and colleagues.

🩺 About the Role and Team:

This is a brand-new position designed for a confident and adaptable Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys variety and flexibility. Working across several surgeries, you’ll help maintain consistency and support where needed, covering periods of absence or vacancy. The role offers a great mix of consulting, surgery, and preventive healthcare, allowing you to make a meaningful impact across different teams.
You’ll be joining a group of dedicated professionals who take pride in providing outstanding service to both pets and owners, while fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
This role offers a 4-day working week (4 x 9.5-hour shifts), with a 1 in 4 weekend rota and a share of bank holiday cover.

The ideal candidate will be:

• A qualified and RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with solid clinical experience.
• Confident working independently and adaptable to different teams and environments.
• Committed to delivering exceptional clinical care and client service.
• Enthusiastic about teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.
• Passionate about learning, leadership, and maintaining high standards of animal welfare.
