We’re excited to be supporting a well-established multi-site practice in County Cork as they look for an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to step into a leadership position within their friendly and collaborative team.
🐕 About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced small animal vet who’s ready to take the next step in their career and lead a supportive 3-vet, 3-RVN team.
You’ll enjoy a varied clinical caseload across consultations, surgery, and diagnostics, with support from colleagues across the wider five-site group — which also provides referral surgery, exotic and wildlife park services.
The practice promotes shared learning and collaboration, ensuring you’ll have both the autonomy to lead and the backing of a strong, experienced network

👩‍⚕️ About You:

To be considered for this role, you’ll ideally bring:
✔️ Strong experience in small animal medicine and surgery
✔️ Confidence performing both routine and emergency procedures
✔️ A passion for leadership, teamwork, and mentoring
✔️ Excellent communication and client care skills
✔️ An interest in diagnostics or internal medicine (advantageous)

This role is ideal for someone looking to step into clinical leadership and make a real impact in a well-supported environment.
