The work

• Provide excellent GP care including wellness, sick visits, dentistry, soft-tissue surgery, and urgent care.
• Collaborate with visiting specialists; refer appropriately and grow your own caseload confidence.
• Communicate clearly with clients and teammates; contribute to a warm, service-focused culture.
• Interest in surgery and dentistry welcomed.

Compensation

• Base $130,000–$180,000 (commensurate with experience) + 20% production, no negative accrual
• Sign-on/relocation available; student loan assistance available
• OTE: $150,000–$230,000+ depending on schedule, efficiency, and case mix

Requirements

• DVM/VMD degree or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited university
• NAVLE; ECFVG/PAVE if from a non-AVMA-accredited program
• DEA, State, and USDA licenses (or ability to obtain upon hire)
