The Opportunity
- Independent, small animal GP, multi doctor team with experienced, long tenured support staff
- Modern toolkit, digital radiography, dental radiography, ultrasound, in house lab, therapeutic laser, cloud based PMS
- Predominantly canine and feline caseload, optional pocket pets if you are interested
- Thirty minute plus appointment blocks, dedicated surgery and dental days available, tech forward workflows
- No on call, no overnights, local ER partnerships for after hours care
- Mentorship tailored to your goals, new grads and experienced DVMs welcome
What You Will Do
- Deliver preventive care, internal medicine, general surgery, and dentistry
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, build lasting relationships
- Collaborate on protocol development, case reviews, and CE initiatives
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive culture while maintaining a manageable caseload
What You Bring
- Strong GP foundation, confidence in dentistry, interest in surgery or ultrasound a plus
- Team first mindset with curiosity and initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and client education skills
Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree or equivalent from an AVMA accredited university
- NAVLE
- ECFVG or PAVE if from a non AVMA accredited university
- Illinois veterinary license or eligibility to obtain
- DEA, State, and USDA credentials, support provided to secure after hire
Compensation
- Base $130,000 to $170,000 + production, no negative accrual, sign on or relocation available. OTE: 150,000 to 220,000 plus.
