Many of the nursing and veterinary team are working towards advanced qualifications, creating an inspiring and supportive workplace.

🩺 About the Role and Team:

The Deputy Head Nurse plays a key role in supporting the Head Nurse with the smooth running of clinical operations, ensuring a high level of efficiency, governance, and care across the practice. The role offers a great mix of hands-on nursing, leadership responsibilities, and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement. You’ll be working alongside a talented team that values teamwork, respect, and professional growth.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with a 1 in 4 weekend rota.
