Join a modern, independent small animal practice in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, as a Veterinary Surgeon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and motivated vet seeking excellent work-life balance, a supportive team, and a manageable caseload with no out-of-hours work.


The Role

  • Salary: up to £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience

  • 4 weekdays, 9:00am – 6:00pm

  • 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9:00am – 2:00pm

  • No OOH, no Sundays, and no bank holiday work

  • 20-minute consults and a well-managed diary to support work-life balance

  • Join a friendly, experienced small animal team in an independent setting


About You

  • Qualified and RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon

  • Confident with consults and routine surgery

  • Friendly, team-oriented and committed to providing high-quality care

  • Motivated to grow professionally within a supportive, well-structured environment
