The Role

• Position: Head Registered Veterinary Nurse

• Hours: Full or part time (flexible options available)

• Weekends: 1 in 3 Saturdays (9:00am–1:00pm) – paid extra or time off in lieu

• No OOH or bank holidays

• Leadership role overseeing the clinical team and daily operations

• Hands-on nursing including surgery, anaesthesia, and nurse clinics

• Opportunity to contribute to appraisals, audits, and team development

About You

You’re a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) who takes pride in maintaining high clinical standards and supporting both patients and colleagues. You’ll have excellent communication and leadership skills, and a desire to develop your management and mentoring abilities. You enjoy a varied role that combines clinical work with leadership, and you’re motivated by helping your team grow and achieve their goals.
