About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Large Animal Dairy Veterinarian – Team Leader to deliver exceptional care, lead with vision, and inspire our team. This leadership role offers a balanced mix of clinical excellence and team mentorship, with opportunities to lead daily rounds, weekly meetings, and professional growth initiatives. You’ll work closely with innovative farmers and collaborate with a passionate team to deliver outstanding care in a rewarding setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver proactive herd health and performance-focused veterinary care.

What You’ll Bring:

A veterinary degree with registration to practice in New Zealand (essential).

At least 4 years of experience in large animal dairy veterinary practice, with confidence in clinical and consulting settings.
