🐾 Who We Are 
At Swan Valley Vet Centre, we've created a calm, welcoming space for pets and their people — from cat-only zones and private waiting areas to in-house CT imaging. We're a close team of seven vets across two clinics, supported by dedicated nurses. 

🩺 The Opportunity 
We're looking for an experienced Veterinarian to step into a Lead Vet role across our Swan and Bullsbrook clinics. 

As Lead Vet, you'll provide clinical leadership across both sites, supporting and mentoring a growing team of vets and nurses. You'll have the autonomy to influence standards of care, team development, and client experience—while remaining hands-on with both surgery and consulting. 

This is a multi-site role, ideal for a vet who enjoys variety and has the confidence to guide and inspire others in a supportive environment.  

What You'll Need 

  • Bachelor of Veterinary Science (or equivalent) and current or eligible Veterinary Board registration in Australia 
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing teams and working collaboratively 
  • 5+ years of clinical experience 
  • Previous CT experience is desirable, or a willingness to learn
