What you will do

  • Lead clinical quality, protocols, and patient safety, champion efficient, evidence-based medicine.
  • Coach and develop doctors and support staff
  • Deliver excellent outpatient GP care, prioritize preventive care and client education.
  • Help refine scheduling, triage, and handoffs to keep days smooth and predictable.

Schedule and lifestyle

  • Mon–Fri core hours, optional limited Saturday rotation if desired.
  • No on-call, flexible FTE or part-time considered.

Compensation

  • Base $130,000–$155,000 commensurate with experience + 20–23% production, no negative accrual
  • Leadership stipend or bonus: $10,000–$25,000 tied to hospital KPIs
  • Sign-on or relocation available

Requirements

  • DVM or VMD degree or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited university
  • NAVLE, ECFVG or PAVE if from a non AVMA accredited program
  • DEA, State, and USDA licenses or ability to obtain upon hire
