The Role

You’ll work as part of a dynamic, structured team handling both first and second opinion cases, with the opportunity to grow your clinical and leadership skills in a supportive, family-style environment. The practice is well equipped to handle a diverse caseload, giving you the confidence to develop quickly, whether that’s performing orthopaedic procedures or managing herd health on farm.

About the Practice

  • Small Animal: High medicine, soft tissue and orthopaedic caseload across five sites.

  • Farm Animal: Consultancy, herd health and fertility management.

  • Facilities: Digital x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, in-house laboratory and modern surgical kit.

  • Development: CPD and certificate support actively encouraged, with clear routes for career progression.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary up to £55,000, depending on experience and responsibilities

  • 6.6 weeks’ holiday including bank holidays

  • £1,750 CPD allowance with further qualification support

  • RCVS, VDS and AVSPNI fees paid

  • Wellbeing scheme and enhanced company sick pay

  • Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave
