About the Role 

You’ll provide high-quality patient care across a diverse small animal caseload, performing consults, soft tissue and orthopaedic surgeries, and diagnostics. The clinic has a strong focus on mentorship, professional development, and work-life balance, ensuring every vet has the tools to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care and gold-standard veterinary treatment

• Perform soft tissue and orthopaedic surgeries

• Conduct diagnostics: ultrasound, X-rays, scans, and imaging

• Deliver laser therapy, dentistry, in-house pathology, and pet cancer care

• Collaborate with Lead Vet, Practice Manager, and nursing team to maintain a positive culture

About You – North Queensland Veterinarian

We’re looking for a vet with strong clinical skills, a growth mindset, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.

You’ll ideally have:

• BVSc (or equivalent) and eligibility for QLD registration

• Experience in small animal practice (GP, soft tissue surgery, orthopaedics a bonus)

• A collaborative, team-first approach

• A love for living and working in tropical North Queensland
