Veterinarian – Mixed / Small Animal Focus (No Sole Charge)

📍 Yeppoon, QLD | 70% SA / 20% EQ / 10% LA

We’re representing a well-established mixed practice on the Capricorn Coast, looking to welcome another vet into their friendly, down-to-earth team. You’ll be working alongside 5 other vets (2 full-time, 3 part-time) with no sole charge and a supportive environment where you can continue to develop your skills.

The clinic has recently been refurbished, offering a modern, well-equipped workspace with a varied caseload and flexibility to focus more on SA if that’s your preference.

What’s on Offer

• Full-time role: 8:00am – 5:30pm, Monday–Friday
  (Option to start at 7:30am and finish earlier if preferred)

• One rostered weekday off each week (38-hour average)

• Only the occasional Saturday morning (8:30am–12:00pm)

• Optional after-hours, with bonus payments for each A/H case

• All work in one clinic location — no travelling between sites

• Supportive mixed-practice team with 5 other vets

• Caseload: 70% Small Animal / 20% Equine / 10% Large Animal

Requirements

To be considered, you must:

• Be eligible for veterinary registration in Queensland (VSB QLD)
  (or already be registered)

• Hold recognised veterinary qualifications (e.g. Australasian, RCVS, AVBC-approved, or equivalent for registration)

• Have a friendly team approach and a genuine interest in mixed or predominantly SA practice
