Global Veterinary Careers is working with a leading, award-winning feline-focused veterinary hospital to recruit an experienced Veterinary Clinical Director. This is a rare opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about advancing clinical excellence, inspiring teams, and embedding a culture where every team member can thrive.
This is not a standard Clinical Director role. We are looking for someone who sees high clinical standards as a baseline and is energised by mentoring colleagues, driving operational improvements, and shaping a positive, collaborative culture.
About You

• Confident, capable clinician with a strong foundation in small animal or feline medicine
• Holds or is near completion of a postgraduate qualification in feline or small animal medicine
• Enthusiastic about mentoring and developing others
• Skilled in complex case management with a thoughtful, methodical approach
• Ideally experienced in feline dentistry, abdominal ultrasonography, endoscopy, cardiology, or echocardiography (desirable, not essential)
• Naturally able to foster team cohesion, inspire colleagues, and lead with integrity

Leadership Responsibilities

• Lead clinical meetings and conduct meaningful one-to-ones
• Manage budgets and understand key financial metrics
• Collaborate on strategy, implement change, and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
