Full-Time | 4-Day Week | 1:4 Saturdays | No OOH

Are you looking to join a progressive, supportive, and forward-thinking hospital team where your development truly matters? This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-equipped RCVS-accredited hospital in Warrington, Cheshire.

The Role

You’ll work 4 days per week, including a 1 in 4 Saturday rota and a 1 in 12 Sunday rota (TOIL provided), with 1–2 Bank Holidays per year also taken as TOIL. One day a week (or fortnightly) will be spent supporting a nearby branch practice, providing a good mix of variety and continuity.

This role offers excellent clinical exposure alongside experienced colleagues, making it a great fit for someone looking to refine their skills in a supportive, collaborative hospital environment.

About the Practice

You’ll be part of a talented and friendly team including Surgery and Medicine Certificate holders, as well as a dedicated night team providing 24-hour inpatient and ECC care. The practice recently achieved RCVS Hospital Status and Gold ISFM Cat Friendly accreditation, reflecting their commitment to exceptional clinical standards and patient welfare.

Facilities include:

  • Designated dental suite with digital X-ray

  • Orthopaedic theatre

  • Endoscopy and ultrasound suite

  • Separate feline facilities and cat-only areas
