After a successful 12-week trial in the latter part of 2022, GVC officially implemented a 4-day work week. Nationwide trials revealed a remarkable 65% decrease in sick days, and at least 71% of employees reported experiencing reduced levels of burnout within their teams. Furthermore, our offices across the UK, Australia and the United States all work on a Monday – Friday basis meaning our employees are guaranteed to have two consecutive days to switch off from work and enjoy their weekends.
