We are representing a thriving, well-equipped small animal clinic on Brisbane’s Northside, seeking an experienced Lead Veterinarian to guide and mentor a 2–3 vet team. With a dedicated Practice Manager and a strong nursing structure, you’ll have the support, resources and autonomy to drive clinical standards and culture.

The Opportunity

This role balances leadership, surgery and consults. You will:

• Guide clinical decision-making and standards

• Mentor and support other vets

• Contribute to workflow, culture and case discussions

• Maintain strong client communication and relationships

• Lead from the front in a supportive, collaborative environment

Surgical & Clinical Environment
