Senior Veterinary Surgeon – Busy Small Animal Practice

Salary: Up to £85,000 DOE | Hours: 4-day week | Full-Time

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the clinical team day-to-day alongside a team of vets and the Senior RVN
• Delivering a varied caseload of consultations and surgeries
• Supporting and mentoring colleagues in a collaborative environment
• Helping shape future practice investment and equipment needs

• An experienced, MRCVS-registered small animal vet
• Confident in sole charge and routine surgery
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, varied caseload
• A proactive leader with strong clinical and communication skills
• Keen to develop skills further while supporting and inspiring the team

• 1 in 4 Saturdays & 1 in 8 Sundays
