My client in Kent growing our friendly, forward-thinking team and are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon.

🌟 About Them

They are a well-established, accredited small animal practice with a loyal client base and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The leadership team includes both veterinary and nursing professionals who understand the realities of clinical life and prioritise empathy, honesty, and open communication.

You’ll be joining an experienced and supportive team of vets, RVNs, and client care staff who work collaboratively, share ideas, and enjoy a positive, down-to-earth culture (with plenty of tea, coffee, and cake!).

• Digital x-ray (adaptable for sensitive procedures)

• In-house laboratory

• Ultrasound

• Dental x-ray (coming soon)

• Varied surgical caseload, including orthopaedics

👩‍⚕️ About You

They are looking for a confident and approachable vet with at least 2 years’ experience in small animal practice. You should be:

• Kind, enthusiastic, and a great communicator

• Competent with routine surgery and medical work-ups

• Collaborative and open to continuous learning

• Passionate about clinical standards and animal welfare

• Calm, adaptable, and supportive under pressure

They understand that life outside work matters too so they will be happy to discuss flexible hours, including part-time or school-time rotas. No out-of-hours required.

• Salary up to £65,000 FTE (depending on experience)
