📍 Based in a vibrant location in Kent, this well-established practice has built a loyal and expanding client base over more than eight years of serving the local community. The practice combines the resources and stability of a major trusted network with the warm, close-knit feel of an independent clinic. Facilities are modern and comprehensive, featuring digital X-ray, an in-house laboratory, ultrasound, upcoming dental X-ray, and a varied surgical caseload that includes orthopaedics. 🏥✨

About the Role and Team

🤝 Joining a collaborative team of 3 experienced Vets, 5 dedicated RVNs, a VCA, and 4 welcoming receptionists, the incoming clinician will enjoy a balanced clinical environment focused on teamwork and continuous learning. Work-life balance is highly valued, with flexible full-time or part-time rotas available (including school hours support), no out-of-hours commitments, and a manageable weekend rota of 1 in 3 Saturdays (9:00am – 6:00pm). 🐕🐈✨

About You

✅ To be considered for this rewarding position, candidates should possess:

• At least 2 years of solid small animal clinical experience. 🩺

• Strong communication skills with an enthusiastic, approachable, and client-focused mindset. 🗣️

• Confidence in managing routine surgical procedures and medical work-ups independently. 📈
