Registered Veterinary Nurse – London – 2x positions available – Flexible – part-time or full-time options 

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a busy, friendly small animal team in East London. Whether you’re looking for a part-time position or a full-time role, this supportive and lively branch offers flexibility, excellent facilities, and a genuinely collaborative team culture.

The Role

• Hours: 2x positions available – Flexible – part-time or full-time options available

• Part-time examples: 2–3 days per week (approx. 18–27 hours) 

• Full-time: 40 hours per week

• Weekends: 1:4 Saturdays and occasional Sundays on a shared rota

• Salary: £32,000–£35,000 FTE (DOE)

• Contract: Permanent (12-month fixed-term also available)

The role involves all aspects of small animal nursing including anaesthesia, inpatient care, nurse consults, and assisting with surgical procedures. The practice features two consulting rooms, a spacious prep and theatre area, separate cat and dog wards, and an in-house laboratory. It also benefits from close collaboration with a nearby consult-only branch for surgical case support and referral pathways.

About You

The ideal candidate will be a confident, proactive RCVS-registered nurse who enjoys the variety and pace of a busy clinic while maintaining a compassionate approach to patient and client care. Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethos are essential, and the position would suit either an experienced nurse or someone looking to settle into a stable, flexible role after locuming.
