We’re representing a long-standing, privately owned veterinary group in North West Brisbane, and they’re seeking a Practice Manager to lead their growing team.
About the Role
This is a key leadership position overseeing a team of 23 staff across multiple clinics.
The ideal candidate will have industry knowledge (veterinary, medical, or animal health), strong people skills, and a collaborative approach to leadership.
You’ll be working closely with the owner, veterinarians, and nursing team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while fostering a supportive, positive, and high-functioning workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily clinic operations across multiple sites

Lead, mentor, and support a team of 23 veterinary professionals

Drive collaborative communication and team cohesion

Support training, development, and performance conversations

Assist with workflow optimisation, rostering, HR coordination & scheduling

Help maintain high clinical and customer service standards

Work closely with the owner on strategy, projects, and growth

Represent the clinic culture with professionalism and empathy
About the Practice
This privately owned group has been caring for pets in North West Brisbane for over 20 years.
The clinics offer a wide range of services including medical, surgical, dental, palliative care, rehabilitation, ultrasound, laser therapy, behaviour and preventative care.
You’ll be joining a leadership team that values communication, transparency, and kindness.

Salary
