We’re representing a well-established, multi-vet general practice clinic in Bardon that’s looking for a senior, all-round veterinarian ready to take a leadership role. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team, work across a variety of cases, and play a key role in shaping the clinic’s future.

About the Role

As a Senior Lead Vet, you’ll manage a diverse caseload and provide guidance and mentorship to junior vets and the nursing team. You’ll also help drive clinical excellence and contribute to the smooth running of the practice.

Your role will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of medical, surgical, and preventive care cases

• Mentoring and supporting junior vets and veterinary nurses

• Leading by example to maintain high clinical standards

• Contributing to clinic growth and helping implement best-practice procedures

• Collaborating closely with the team to ensure excellent patient and client care

About You

We’re looking for a veterinarian with a proven track record in general practice who is ready to step into a senior leadership position.

You’ll bring:

• A Bachelor of Veterinary Science (or equivalent) and current registration

• Several years’ experience in small animal practice, ideally with leadership experience

• Confidence in medicine, surgery, and diagnostics across a broad case range

• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused approach

• A desire to mentor others and help drive a supportive clinic culture
