The Role

An exciting opportunity for a passionate, people-focused Veterinary Surgeon to join a busy, growing, purpose-built small animal practice. This independent, family-owned group delivers high-quality, affordable care – ensuring a positive experience for pets, clients, and the team alike.

You’ll be part of a supportive and experienced team of vets, RVNs, VCAs and care coordinators, working in a positive environment that encourages growth, learning, and fun. With dedicated admin time and excellent work-life balance, this role is ideal for a vet who wants to thrive in a modern, supportive setting.

What You’ll Be Doing

Providing high-quality, compassionate veterinary care 

Managing a varied caseload across consults, surgery, and preventive medicine

Working collaboratively within a friendly, skilled team

Engaging in continuous professional development with support for certificates

What’s Needed

RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon

Confident all-rounder with excellent communication and teamwork skills

Enthusiastic, collaborative attitude with a desire to grow alongside the practice

Hours & Rota

4 days per week, 8:30am–7pm

1 in 4 Saturday mornings (8:30am–1pm)

No out-of-hours

Dedicated admin time built into each day
