Are you a motivated veterinarian looking for a leadership role that’s both rewarding and enjoyable? This long-standing small animal practice has proudly supported the community for over 40 years and continues to grow.

We’re seeking a Lead Veterinarian to join our dedicated and experienced team. You’ll work alongside 3 vets and 12 qualified nurses in a supportive environment that values collaboration, quality care, and work-life balance.

Enjoy a 4-day work week with a varied caseload and a team that genuinely enjoys what they do.
 

About the Role

As the Lead Veterinarian, you will:

  • Provide high-quality medical and surgical care to companion animals.
  • Mentor and support the veterinary team in their professional growth.
  • Oversee clinical standards and performance reviews.
  • Contribute to the ongoing training of nursing and support staff.
  • Play a key role in leadership meetings and practice development initiatives.

About You

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in small animal general practice
  • BVSc or DVM (or equivalent) and registration with the NSW Veterinary Practitioners Board
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring others
