The Role
As the Lead Vet, you’ll take clinical responsibility for the practice, ensuring the highest standards of patient care while mentoring and supporting your team. You’ll play a key role in shaping the clinic’s direction, promoting collaboration, and driving continuous improvement across all aspects of clinical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional clinical care across consultations and surgeries

• Build trusted relationships with clients through clear, compassionate communication

• Lead, coach, and develop your veterinary and nursing team

• Maintain the highest clinical and operational standards

• Promote nurse clinics and Schedule 3 procedures to enhance efficiency and patient care

• Contribute to the clinic’s growth and culture by sharing best practice within the wider network

Requirements

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon

• Proven experience in clinical leadership or mentoring

• Strong medical and surgical skills

• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities

• Confidence in driving clinical standards and supporting development within your team
