The Role
Full-time Veterinarian position including:
· Routine consultations and client communication
· Preventative and wellness care
· Surgery (spays, neuters, soft tissue procedures, etc.)
· Diagnostics and internal medicine
· Support for surgical or medical bias
· Opportunity to shape hospital direction and medical protocols
Medical Director Responsibilities
· Lead and mentor veterinarians and support staff to promote excellence and teamwork and team cultureÂ
· Maintain and elevate medical standards and hospital protocols
· Partner with hospital management on operational and strategic planning
· Oversee case management, medical quality, and CE programs
· Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
· Cultivate a positive, collaborative, and inclusive hospital culture
· Build strong client relationships and community engagement
· Track and analyze hospital performance metrics to drive growth and success

What we are looking for:
· DVM/VMD degree (or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited university)
· NAVLE certification
· DEA, State, and USDA licenses (or ability to obtain upon hire)
· Strong skills in general medicine, dentistry, and surgery
· Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively
