An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Orthopaedic or Soft Tissue Surgeon to join a busy, well-equipped 24-hour hospital in North London.

This is an excellent next step for an advanced surgeon who wants to take ownership of complex surgical cases and work as part of a collaborative, high-performing team. The hospital functions as both a first-opinion site and a referral centre, giving you exposure to a varied and challenging caseload.

You’ll work alongside a talented surgical team that includes other Orthopaedic and Advanced Soft Tissue Surgeons, as well as certificate-holding clinicians across multiple disciplines.

The hospital is equipped with a full range of advanced diagnostic and surgical facilities including TPLO kit, spinal surgery equipment, arthroscopy, laparoscopy, endoscopy, CT, and MRI – everything you need to deliver gold-standard care.

This role would suit a surgery certificate holder (or above) who is confident managing their own caseload, enjoys clinical leadership, and thrives in a supportive hospital setting with an experienced 12-vet team.

Key Details:

• Hours: Full-time, 4 days per week

• Weekends: 1 in 6 weekends

• Location: North London, UK

About You:

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon

• Experience in orthopaedic and/or soft tissue surgery

• Confident managing a diverse caseload in a hospital setting

• Strong communicator and team collaborator

• Able to demonstrate clinical leadership and mentoring skills
