You’ll be working alongside an experienced Practice Manager and a talented team of Vets and Nurses who are passionate about providing exceptional, patient-centred veterinary care.

The Opportunity

This role offers an excellent work-life balance with a 4-day week and a 1-in-6 weekend rota at a nearby 24-hour hospital for additional clinical exposure. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care during consultations and surgical procedures.

• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients through clear communication and excellent service.

• Develop tailored treatment and care plans for each patient.

• Support, mentor, and develop colleagues to enhance team performance.

• Contribute to a positive clinical culture and uphold best practices in compliance and patient safety.

• Work collaboratively within the wider veterinary network to share knowledge and expertise.

About You

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon.

• Confident in both consultations and routine surgeries.

• A strong team player with great communication and mentoring skills.

• Committed to providing outstanding care to patients and clients.

• Open to ongoing learning and career development.

Working Pattern

• 4 weekdays per week

• 1-in-6 weekend rota (at the local 24-hour hospital)
