The Opportunity

You’ll be joining a talented and friendly team in a busy RCVS-accredited, ISFM Silver Standard Cat Friendly practice equipped to accommodate all types of major surgery. The role provides the ideal setting to refine your surgical or imaging skills while working collaboratively with experienced colleagues who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

Relocation support is available for those moving from outside the UK or more than 60 miles from their current address.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding clinical care during consultations, surgeries, and imaging procedures.

• Provide clear, empathetic communication and build lasting client relationships.

• Prepare accurate, tailored treatment plans with transparent cost estimates.

• Mentor and support colleagues, promoting best practice and teamwork.

• Contribute to a high-performing, compliant, and patient-focused clinical environment.

• Engage with the wider veterinary network to share expertise and knowledge.

About You

• MRCVS-qualified Veterinary Surgeon.

• Confident in general practice with a passion for surgery or diagnostic imaging.

• Strong team player with excellent communication and mentoring skills.

• Committed to continuous professional development and patient-centred care.

• Open-minded, collaborative, and motivated by clinical excellence.

Working Pattern

• 4 weekdays per week (09:00–19:00)

• 1-in-6 weekend rota at the local 24-hour hospital

• Flexible or part-time options considered
