About the Role

• Full-time leadership position (4–5 days/week, with 1-in-4 weekends)
• Oversee a skilled nursing team driving clinical excellence and training, 
• Perform hands-on advanced nursing: anaesthesia monitoring, dentistry, imaging (digital DR, dental radiology, ultrasound), in-house IDEXX lab, and complex medical cases
• Champion best-practice protocols, stock control, and client education
• Work alongside experienced vets in a  small-animal GP & referral-level environment

About the Ideal Candidate

• Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing (essential) + minimum 5 years’ clinical experience
