Join a friendly, well-established small animal team as their new Head Veterinary Nurse, leading a passionate nursing department in delivering outstanding clinical standards and client care. This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a leadership role within a modern, purpose-built surgery equipped with excellent facilities.

Salary: Up to £40K DOE
Hours: 4 days per week | 9-hour shifts | Includes duty nights | 1:4 weekends

About the Role

We’re seeking a supportive and motivated RVN with strong clinical experience and a genuine passion for developing fellow nurses, students, and VCAs. You’ll lead by example, help maintain exceptional care standards, and play a key role in the continued growth of the nursing team.

Team: 4 Vets | 7 RVNs
Standard consult length: 15 minutes
