About the Role:

• Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon (Permanent)
• Full-time preferred: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–6:30pm
• 1 in 5 Saturday mornings (9am–12:30pm)
• No OOH, no Sundays
• 20-minute consults with dedicated admin and phone time
• Well-structured diary to ensure on-time finishes
• Supportive team of vets and RVNs with varied interests
• Opportunity to focus on dentistry, cardiology, or other areas of interest
• Part-time or consult-only options available

This practice is committed to modernising clinical workflows and is actively exploring the integration of AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and patient care. This includes:

• Digital tools to streamline notetaking and admin tasks
• Enhanced client communication systems

You’ll have the opportunity to be involved in shaping how the team adopts emerging technology, helping create a smarter, more efficient working environment.
About You:
You’ll be an experienced (ideally 5+ years) Small Animal Vet who is confident with routine consultations and surgeries. You’ll value teamwork, good communication, and delivering a high standard of clinical care. Additional interests such as dentistry or cardiology are welcome but not essential.
