GVC is assisting a well-established, forward-thinking small animal practice in Rotherham, South Yorkshire with the recruitment of an experienced Veterinary Surgeon. Full-time or part-time hours are available, with a minimum of 20 hours per week considered.

The Practice

You’ll be working in a bright, spacious, purpose-built surgery equipped to a high standard, including:

• Dedicated operating theatre
• Digital X-ray and in-house laboratory
• Ultrasound
• Rigid endoscopy and laparoscopy
• Fully equipped dentistry suite

The practice has a strong, close-knit team culture and is well regarded within the local community for delivering excellent clinical and client care.

The Role

• Small animal Veterinary Surgeon role
• Ideally suited to a vet with 3+ years’ experience
• Confident in routine consultations and soft tissue surgery
• 20-minute consults
• Some sole charge required
• Flexible working patterns available

Rota & Hours

• Full-time preferred, part-time considered
• 1 in 3 or 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (9am–12pm)
• No OOH, no Sundays
• No Bank Holidays (except Good Friday)
