About the Role:
PDSA Cardiff is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to manage a varied caseload, from first-opinion consults to complex surgery. You will be supported by strong clinical leadership, protected CPD, and a multi-disciplinary team culture that values good medicine and collaboration.
You will:
- Deliver high-quality veterinary care across medicine, surgery, and preventive care
- Share your skills and knowledge, leading by example within the team
- Support the charity’s mission by promoting client contributions and suggesting efficiencies

About You:
- Qualified Veterinary Surgeon (MRCVS essential)
- Confident and adaptable across a varied caseload
- Strong communicator and team player
