An excellent opportunity is available for a veterinarian to join a friendly, stable, and highly supportive practice located in one of regional Victoria’s most liveable towns. This well-established clinic is supported by a close-knit team of senior veterinarians and highly experienced nurses, all of whom are actively involved in daily case discussions and clinical mentoring. The Clinic

The practice operates from a modern, extensively renovated facility, featuring:

  • Three large consulting rooms

  • Dedicated cat consulting room

  • Large preparation and treatment area

  • Digital radiography

  • Dental suite

  • Ultrasound

  • In-house pathology analysers

  • Quiet room with private external access

The Role

  • Predominantly small animal caseload

  • Busy and varied medical and surgical work

  • Opportunity to perform and develop advanced surgical skills, including in-house orthopaedic procedures

  • Strong daily support from senior veterinarians and experienced nursing staff

  • Position can be tailored to suit graduate, early-career, or experienced veterinarians

Graduate Support

New graduates will receive exceptional mentoring, including:

Hours, Roster & Benefits

  • Flexible working arrangements — full-time preferred, part-time considered

  • Well above award salary, commensurate with experience

  • Shared after-hours roster:

    • Approximately 1 night per week

    • 1 weekend in 9

  • Strong emphasis on work–life balance

About You

  • BVSc or equivalent

  • Eligible for veterinary registration in Australia

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Enthusiastic, positive, and motivated to learn

  • All experience levels welcome
