The clinic is purpose‑built and well equipped, including digital imaging, ultrasound, therapeutic laser and dedicated clinical spaces. The existing team includes veterinary surgeons, registered veterinary nurses, veterinary care assistants and management support, with scope to expand the clinical team as the practice grows. Additional support from nearby referral‑level colleagues is available when needed, offering access to certificate‑level expertise across multiple disciplines.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop the practice, shaping its clinical and operational direction.
• Manage a varied caseload of medical and surgical cases, with opportunities to grow areas of special interest.
• Work collaboratively with the existing team to maintain high standards of patient care and client service.
• Oversee day‑to‑day decision‑making, resource planning and workflow management.
• Build strong relationships with clients and the local community to support long‑term practice growth.
