Veterinary Surgeon – Small Animal | Morden, Greater London | Up to £65,000

An established small animal practice in Greater London is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join its friendly, close-knit team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident vet looking for a supportive environment, modern facilities and a strong benefits package.

The Role

• Permanent, full-time Veterinary Surgeon position

• Working 4 days per week

• Shifts: 9:00am – 7:00pm

• 1 in 6 full weekends at a nearby 24-hour hospital

• First opinion small animal caseload

• Supported by an experienced nursing and support team

• Clinical handovers and shared OOH support

The Practice

This well-established practice has been caring for local pets for over 25 years and offers:

• Separate cat and dog waiting areas

• 3 modern consult rooms

• Fully equipped theatre

• Digital X-ray and dental X-ray

• Ultrasound

• In-house laboratory

About You

You’ll be a RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon with:

• Solid UK small animal practice experience

• Strong clinical and client communication skills

• A collaborative, team-focused approach

• Confidence supporting nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures

• An interest in mentoring and contributing to a positive clinical culture
