  • A positive, supportive, and inclusive workplace culture

  • Modern equipment including digital radiography, ultrasound, iM3 dental suite, and full in-house pathology

  • Generous consult times, protected time for notes and call-backs, and uninterrupted lunch breaks

  • Strong Work Health and Safety policies

  • Ongoing training and professional development

  • CPD allowance of $2,000 plus pro-rata study leave

  • Employee pet care discounts

  • Competitive, above-award salary package

The Role:

The successful candidate will play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the practice and contribute to the ongoing development of the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality veterinary care with a hands-on, progressive approach

  • Managing a varied caseload across consulting and surgery

  • Building strong, trusting relationships with pet owners through clear communication and compassionate care

  • Mentoring and supporting veterinary nurses and colleagues

  • Contributing to practice development and smooth daily operations

The roster includes consulting and surgery shifts on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and shared Saturdays.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or equivalent

  • A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills

  • A commitment to clinical excellence and client care
