A friendly, independent small animal practice is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their close-knit team and help deliver high-quality, personalised care to a loyal local client base.

• Independent, small animal, first-opinion practice

• Convenient location on the North West London / Hertfordshire border with excellent transport links and easy access to countryside

The Role

• Small animal veterinary surgeon role with a varied caseload

• Full-time preferred, part-time considered

• 4-day week, averaging 38 hours

• No OOH

• 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (9am–12pm) included within contracted hours

• Emphasis on high clinical standards and client communication

The Ideal Candidate

• 3–4+ years’ UK small animal experience

• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach

• Team player who enjoys working collaboratively

• Committed to maintaining and developing high clinical standards

• Full clean UK driving licence
