The Role

Full-Time Emergency Veterinarian role including:

• Managing high-acuity emergency and critical care cases
• Rapid diagnostics, treatment planning, and case management
• Working collaboratively with emergency clinicians, specialists, and ICU teams
• Delivering compassionate, high-quality emergency care
• Communicating effectively with referring veterinarians and pet owners
• Participating in ongoing education, mentorship, and clinical development
• Practicing emergency medicine with strong clinical autonomy and support

To Be Considered for This Position, You Must Have:

• DVM/VMD degree or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited university
• Valid Washington State veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong interest and experience in emergency and critical care medicine
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment
• Commitment to continuous learning and clinical excellence
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
