- Average base + production compensation: $180,000 – $250,000

The Role
Full-Time Emergency Veterinarian role including:
- Managing high-acuity emergency and critical care cases
- Rapid diagnostics, treatment planning, and case management
- Working collaboratively with emergency clinicians, specialists, and ICU teams
- Delivering compassionate, high-quality emergency care
- Communicating effectively with referring veterinarians and pet owners
- Participating in ongoing education, mentorship, and clinical development
- Practicing emergency medicine with strong clinical autonomy and support

To Be Considered for This Position, You Must Have:
- DVM/VMD degree or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited university
- Valid Washington State veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong interest and experience in emergency and critical care medicine
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment
- Commitment to continuous learning and clinical excellence
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
