Head Veterinary Nurse – South Yorkshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head Veterinary Nurse to lead a dedicated nursing team within a well-established, modern small animal practice in South Yorkshire. This role is ideal for a confident RVN looking to take the next step in leadership while continuing to deliver high standards of clinical care and client service.

The Role

• Lead and support a team of RVNs, students and VCAs

• Drive clinical standards, efficiency and exceptional customer care

• Support training, mentoring and professional development across the nursing team

• 4-day working week

• 9-hour shifts

• 1:4 weekends

• Full-time position (approx. 40 hours per week)

About You

You’ll be a Registered Veterinary Nurse with solid clinical experience and a natural leadership style. You’ll be confident, motivated and approachable, with a genuine passion for developing others and maintaining high clinical and professional standards within a busy small animal practice.
