A well-supported emergency veterinary network is seeking experienced Emergency Veterinarians to join its team in a flexible, relief-style emergency role with the stability and benefits of a structured employment model. Experience Required

• 3+ years of emergency experience, or
• ER internship trained with 1–2 additional years of emergency experience
• Emergency and specialty experience strongly required
• Surgical confidence and hands-on emergency procedures required

Schedule & Flexibility

Full-Time Option

• Minimum commitment of 9 shifts per 4-week block to qualify for full benefits, PTO, and discretionary funds
• One of the lowest shift minimums in the industry for full-time eligibility

Part-Time Option

• Minimum commitment of 3 shifts per 4-week block
• Eligible for part-time benefits

Scheduling is managed through an online platform, giving veterinarians direct control over shift selection within agreed-upon guidelines. Additional shifts beyond the minimum commitment are optional and compensated accordingly.

Compensation

• Competitive shift and production-based compensation model
• Typical annual earnings range from $200,000 to $300,000+, depending on shifts worked and production
