The Role

Lead a small animal first-opinion caseload, delivering high-quality clinical care

Work 40 hours per week across 4 days

Weekend rota of 1 in 3 Saturdays or 1 in 6 full weekends

Perform routine and complex consultations and surgeries

Create tailored treatment plans and build strong client relationships

Mentor, support and inspire the veterinary team

Ensure clinical, regulatory and operational standards are consistently met
About the Practice

Well-equipped surgery including ultrasound, ECG, dental facilities and in-house laboratory

Separate cat and dog wards and waiting areas

Long-standing, loyal client base who value continuity of care

About You

Confident and experienced Veterinary Surgeon, ideally with leadership or mentoring experience

Passionate about delivering excellent clinical care and client service

Comfortable supporting and developing colleagues within a team setting

Ready to take ownership of a Lead Vet role within a supportive structure
Salary & Benefits

Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 DOE
