A friendly, RCVS-accredited small animal practice in West Yorkshire is looking to welcome a part-time Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to its close-knit and experienced team. This is a great opportunity for a vet seeking a well-balanced role within a long-established community practice.
The Practice
This practice has been established for over 20 years and has built strong, long-term relationships with clients and patients in the local area. The team prides itself on delivering high-quality veterinary care in a compassionate, welcoming environment.
The practice team consists of 8 vets, 9 nurses and a dedicated client care team, all working collaboratively to create a positive and enjoyable workplace. CPD is actively encouraged, and the practice has recently received excellent feedback through its employee engagement survey.
The Role

Part-time Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon

Salary commensurate with experience
This role would suit a caring and confident vet who enjoys building strong client relationships and is comfortable with small animal medicine and soft tissue surgery.
Location
Based just outside Wakefield and approximately 12 miles from Leeds, the practice offers easy access to city amenities including restaurants, theatres and shopping, while also being close to open countryside. Excellent transport links are available, with quick access to the M1.
