Join a friendly, RCVS-accredited small animal practice in Worcestershire offering up to £60,000 FTE, no OOH, a 3–4 day week and a supportive, close-knit team environment.

I’m working with a well-established, 100% small animal practice in the heart of Worcestershire, England, seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their welcoming and collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a vet who enjoys a varied GP caseload and values clinical freedom within a supportive setting.


The Role

  • Permanent position
  • Flexible with hours minimum of 30 Per Week
  • 3 or 4 days per week
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am–2pm)
  • No out-of-hours or bank holidays
  • Salary up to £60,000 FTE DOE

You’ll be joining a cohesive team of experienced Vets, RVNs and support staff who genuinely enjoy working together and pride themselves on creating a positive, team-focused culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • A balanced mix of consultations and surgery
  • Some sole charge
  • Working up cases with clinical freedom
  • Supporting and mentoring visiting vet students
  • Delivering high standards of patient and client care

This is a great role for a vet who enjoys autonomy but also appreciates having a collaborative team around them.


About You

  • RCVS registered
  • Confident in small animal general practice
  • Comfortable with consults, surgery and occasional sole charge
  • Friendly, supportive and team-oriented
