Global Veterinary Careers is representing a well-established small animal clinic located in the heart of Coolum on the Sunshine Coast, just one hour from Brisbane.

The Opportunity

This position would suit an experienced or senior veterinarian looking to step into a leadership role where responsibility is both recognised and rewarded.

You will:

  • Lead and mentor a team of veterinarians and veterinary nurses

  • Deliver personalised, professional and dedicated care

  • Be involved in a balanced mix of consulting and surgery

  • Contribute to clinical standards and team development

  • Work closely with management to support clinic growth and culture

About You

To be considered, you will have:

  • Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or equivalent recognised in Australia

  • Minimum five years’ experience in surgery and medicine

  • Experience in a senior or leadership role highly regarded

  • Broad GP experience across clinical, surgical and leadership responsibilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Calm, compassionate and professional demeanour

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • Demonstrated leadership ability and team orientation
