This spacious, recently refurbished small animal practice provides a fantastic clinical environment with separate wards, advanced imaging, and a strong focus on delivering high-quality patient and client care.

The Role

This is a full-time position working 40 hours across 4 days per week, offering excellent work-life balance alongside exposure to a diverse and rewarding caseload.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality clinical care through consultations and surgical procedures

• Creating tailored treatment plans with clear client communication

• Supporting and mentoring veterinary nurses and colleagues

• Contributing to a positive, progressive clinical culture

• Maintaining excellent clinical and regulatory standards

• Managing case continuity and handovers where required

You’ll have the opportunity to develop your own client base and clinical interests while working within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

This modern, well-equipped small animal clinic offers:

• Separate dog, cat and isolation wards

• Dedicated operating theatre

• Spacious prep area

• Digital X-ray, ultrasound, and dental X-ray

• Multiple consulting rooms

• Varied and interesting caseload

The practice is conveniently located in Warwickshire, UK, with excellent transport links and access to both vibrant cities and beautiful countryside.

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively within a team

• Passion for delivering excellent patient and client care

Desirable:

• Experience supporting and mentoring colleagues

• Interest in developing clinical leadership skills

• Desire to contribute to a progressive clinical environment
